Dressage Horses are trained to perform with elegance and finesse.
The nature of the work involved in this discipline requires great muscle
control. The entire body of a Dressage Horse has great demands
placed upon it, especially the hind quarters. Lateral work contributes
to stress build-up in the chest, shoulders, back, hips and legs
(especially the inner legs). Collection can make the horse tense and
develop stress in the jaw, throatlatch and neck.
